Backup

Whether we are hosting your website, or managing your co-located server, we have the ability to perform daily offsite backups on all managed servers, helping to protect against the unlikely event of a hardware or system software failure.

The daily backups include all data files (e.g. web site and database) and any other files as requested by customers. Files accepted for backup are limited to 50MB in size, unless a special arrangement has been pre-agreed.

The Arepo backup facility:-

• Provides backup for data and source files
• Relies on only copying changed files
• Includes individual files or directories

Arepo's standard practice is to save the past 7 days worth of backups. All backups are removed to two off-site locations on a daily basis. If recovery is required from an off-site backup there will be a maximum delay of an additional working day before the recovery can be completed.

If you require the Backup and Maintenance option, please inform Arepo of your precise requirements. Arepo can then configure/provide the service based upon your specific needs.
