It has been completely customized to our business needs, and the ongoing support is both immediate and excellent. Login access is easily configurable per airport and department, and through the in-built audit tracking and form validation we ensure a high quality of information at all times. Both internal and SLA reporting requirements are provided for, and any new report requests always get handled swiftly. We use the Accident & Non-Conformance module predominantly, and are now looking at some of the other modules available.
