New Delay Reporting module added to our aviation product, GOSS
Building on from the success of the Ground Operations Software System (GOSS) provided to Ground Handling agents within the Aviation industry, Arepo is pleased to announce the latest release of the application.
Speaking about the new software release, John Graham-Maw comments, "Existing customers of the Accidents and Non-Conformance database, which helps aviation ground handlers achieve and maintain their ISAGO accreditation, have realised the value of using on-line databases and have approached us to create new applications to support other areas of their business. Arepo have therefore taken the decision to modularise the existing GOSS application, providing a single interface to aviation businesses requiring these software solutions."
The first module to be added to the Ground Operations Software System helps providers of aviation ground services record, monitor and report operational delays such as those related to refuelling aircraft. Delivering services in the airport environment is time critical and many airline customers reflect this within contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The ability to log individual services provided such as aircraft fuelling, and to be able to report on these services, can help achieve contractual obligations.
GOSS is provided as a cost effective on-line, hosted solution to aviation businesses of all sizes. Call us now on +44 (0)20 7280 4390 to discuss your requirements and for further details.
