Ground Operations Audits for flight turnarounds

The latest module released to Arepo’s Ground Operations Software System (www.ground-ops.com) allows Ground Handling managers to record and audit each of the services provided during a flight turnaround.

The information captured for each flight audit is categorised into Arrival, Departure and Equipment Positioning checklists. Audits can consist of one or more of the checklists and the information is stored in the centralised Ground Operation database for management and quality review by local (Station / Airport) and Head Office departments or staff. Using an online database provides your ground handling operations with consistent information capture across each and every airport that you operate in, improving the quality of the data captured and providing quick and easy access to reports to support your contractual SLAs. 

The checklist questions and responses can be customised to your account maintaining our approach to the flexible configuration of the whole GOSS application.
