Article in Ground Handling International December 2012
Guesswork or GOSS Work?

And so a need for accountability and reliability becomes paramount for the GSP to survive the fiercely competitive ground handling marketplace, whether it be a major international airport or regional transport hub.
Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators are critical tools to help both handlers and their clients understand a contract’s ongoing performance. Therefore, providing accurate, reliable data for reporting is imperative, especially where contracts have financial liabilities and/or bonuses associated with the safe and timely delivery of ground services.
