Accessibility statement

This statement covers all Arepo platform applications: Tracerit, TDRT, Customer Portal, Cautus, inkara and GOSS, and their administration sites.

How accessible these applications are

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level A as a minimum, and we are working towards WCAG 2.2 Level AA, the UK public-sector standard.

The pages we have tested meet WCAG 2.1 Level A in automated testing. These include home pages, lists, searches, records, add and edit forms, reports and charts.

Using the keyboard

  • Tab moves between the main links and input fields, so that data entry is quick.
  • To also reach help buttons, related-record links, column sorting, tabs and charts with Tab, open Preferences (the menu button at the top right) and tick Full keyboard access. The setting is remembered.
  • Press Alt + ? on any page for the full list of keyboard shortcuts.

Reporting a problem

If you find a problem with the accessibility of our applications, or need information in a different format, please contact us.

How we test

We test using automated checks (WebAIM WAVE) and manual keyboard testing.
