First Manchester trial Tracerit's CCTV Management Module

First Manchester (www.firstgroup.com/greater-manchester) have deployed a 3 month trial of Tracerit's CCTV Management module. First Manchester are already benefiting from other modules within the Tracerit transport software suite including Driver Performance, Customer Contact & Lost Property, Asset Management and Fleet Engineering. First's Driver Performance module also includes a light version of the Tracerit Incident Management module, providing all of their investigation and follow up processes, and this will continue to be used alongside the CCTV functions to automatically generate CCTV requests when incidents are reported. 

To initiate the trial, Arepo have customised the CCTV module to First UK Bus' immediate requirements. A multi-disciplinary project team, formed of staff from the Manchester operation, First UK Bus IT and Arepo will continue to work together throughout the trial to identify further operational requirements that can assist the day-to-day business and help reduce costs.
